Description:

High quality finish reinforced concrete superstructure, utilising large cantilevers at first floor level to support the concrete perimeter walls of the upper level box structure.  Long span Pre-cast concrete Hollowcore roof deck.  Reinforced concrete column arrangement on mass concrete pad foundations.

Large open plan living areas on the upper floor. Lower level incorporates swimming pool, gym and cinema facilities.
