We regularly undertake early stage feasibility studies for our Clients to assist them in making key decisions for the development of their proposals, whether it be small scale domestic works or large scale developments.
Desk top studies for preliminary site information and ground conditions, foundation option appraisals and development of superstructure options matrcies can all be considered with reports produced to assist the client in making enabled decisions.
These works are often carried out in isolation for smaller projects but tend to be better informed on medium to large scale projects in conjunction with other professional team members.
