New support facility for the Hampshire based Charity Trinity Winchester, delivered within a challenging budget and construction programme. A two storey steel framed structure with pre cast concrete floors and a timber roof with large eaves cantilever. Located adjacent to the River Itchen within a known flood plain, the building was constructed on piled foundations as part of a flood alleviation scheme. |
